Are you ready to kick-off the new year with fitness and self-care? Join us in our new fitness challenge to increase energy, build strength and grow your fitness practice with a community of like-minded folks focused on their health and well-being.• WHEN: Challenge begins Jan 10th through Feb. 21st• WHY: To better your overall health and well-being by building a strong nutritional foundation (that goes well beyond the challenge) and a consistent fitness regimen that is centered on creating healthy habits, losing weight and building muscle.• WHAT (you get): We will establish baseline data on your body composition (body fat %, lean body mass etc.), along with before and after photos, to give you an accurate assessment of the progress made over the six weeks of the challenge. There will be a celebration party and prizes given after the challenge ends.Orientation will be on Saturday January 10th at 9am where you will have your measurements taken, as well as a before photo. Throughout the program you will also receive nutritional guidance and fitness guidelines from our expert staff!--> The challenge will begin on Saturday, January 10th. The last day of the challenge will be Saturday, Feb. 21st, where you'll come in to get measured and take an after picture.**This membership is a 6-week challenge for non-members (if you do not currently have a membership at Bars and Burn).
